A Woman Healed – The story of A Woman Healed is one of many miracles Jesus performed while He travelled around the region. He was actually on His way to see a young girl who was dying. Yet on the way, a woman who had been sick for 12 years heard that Jesus was near her region and her faith drove her to see Him. She thought, “If I just touch His clothes, I will be made well”. After she touched Him she felt instantly healed. At the same time Jesus felt His power go out of Him and after asking the crowd “Who touched my clothes?”, the woman fell at his feet and confessed it was her. Jesus showed his amazing love by responding “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be cured of your disease”. 
 
This miracle as described in Mark 5:25-34, Matthew 9:20-22 and Luke 8:43-48 is both powerful and very emotional. That is what I tried to capture with this piece titled “Jesus Heals Sick Woman”. I tried to capture the heavy struggles this poor woman must have felt and the immense amount of faith she had in Jesus to heal her.
