Welcome to The Word In Colour, a creative brand operated by Fun Made Simple Pty Ltd. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand how we serve and protect you.

1. Our Products

We offer two product types:

• Digital Downloads – Instant access to printable Christian art and Bible verses.

• Handmade Decor & Keepsakes – Custom and ready-made physical artwork featuring gold foil scripture and heartfelt designs.

• Jewellery

2. Digital Product Terms

• All digital downloads are delivered instantly after payment via secure link.

• No physical product will be shipped for digital items.

• Files are for personal use only—not for resale, sharing, or commercial use.

• All digital sales are final and non-refundable due to their instant nature.

3. Handmade Decor Terms

• All items are handmade with care and may include slight natural variations.

• Standard processing time is 1–3 business days. For personalised orders, please refer to the individual product page for estimated timelines.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused items in original packaging.

• Customised and personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with clear photos. Email directly to anne@thewordincolour.com.au

4. Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:

• Downloadable digital products

• Custom or personalised items

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the items returned so signs of use or not in original condition and packaging.

5. Shipping Policy

• All physical products are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

• We ship locally and internationally.

• Shipping costs and timeframes are displayed at checkout.

• Free shipping may apply for orders over a certain threshold.

• We are not responsible for delays due to postal services or customs.

6. Custom Orders

Custom artwork may include handwritten messages or design proofs.

• Personalisation must be provided at check out in the personalisation section of the order.

• Final approval is required before production begins. Please be mindful of approving in a timely manner as your delays in approval will delay product times.

• Two round of edits are allowed

• Once approved, the order is final and non-refundable.

7. Payment Terms

• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

• Payments are securely processed via our third-party provider Stripe

• Fun Made Simple Pty Ltd does not store your payment information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content (designs, artwork, photos, and text) is the property of Fun Made Simple Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We take great care in our offerings but are not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to your use of our products or website.
