At The Word In Colour, we take great care in the creation of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We gladly accept returns on non-custom, non-digital items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note:
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Digital downloads
• Custom-made or personalised artwork
• Sale items

SHIPPING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

If your order includes a custom element or personalisation, please refer to the individual product listing for specific processing times, as these may vary depending on the level of detail required.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email of approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several days for bank processing.

EXCHANGES:
